STUDIO HIRE

Studio One: £15.00 per hour (3 hours min.) £12.50 per hour (20 hours or more)	Studio Two: £25.00 per hour (3 hours min.) £20.00 per hour (20 hours or more) £35.00 per hour Mastering
(These rates include an engineer)

Sessions running on past midnight are subject to a surcharge of £6.00 late night fee.

If the engineer is required to play an instrument or programme for the client, there will be a charge of £35.00 per track, payable to the engineer at the time of the session. If the client requires a complete track arranged/produced by the engineer, there will be an extra charge (negotiable between the client and the engineer) per track in lieu of arrangers/producers points.

Bookings should be made at least 1 week in advance. A deposit will be required of at least 50% of the total cost of studio hire to confirm the session (the remaining 50% to be paid on the day of the session, during office hours). This deposit should be paid at least 48 hours before session date. If a deposit is not received by this time, the session will be deemed as cancelled and that time will be re-booked.

We require at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation. Any session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of that session.

Clients are required to provide their own instruments for live sessions.
